These sites - promoted as Danby Data sites seek NOT to:
Promote violence. They are based on International English and recognise the distinction between vigorous and violent activity. They define violent activity as activity calculated to and likely to cause permanent physical or emotional harm.
Promote sexually explicit materials. These sites do not believe that the only rightful justification of intimate activity is the making of babies but strive to be as 'general interest' as possible and so would not contain sexually explicit material nor any material expressing views about what is or is not acceptable on other sites and elsewhere.
These sites do make a distinction between ethnicity and beliefs. There is no blanket assumption that beliefs - no matter how repugnant or extreme - are acceptable simply because they are claimed to be a part of a set of religious beliefs and generally distinguish between those things - such as ethnicity - over which individuals have no control and those - such as the right to kill in pursuit of ethnic traditions (honour killings) - which are not inevitable.
This site has no control over what jurisdictions they are viewed under. English Law shall apply. The publishers of these sites take no responsibility for people viewing them in locations where particular content not illegal in the UK is illegal. Especially, no responsibility is taken if some activity legal in the UK - GB is illegal in some jurisdiction where the site is viewed. These sites do not set out to incite individuals to break their local laws but take no responsibility for not know all the law in all the jurisdictions worldwide.
Every effort will be made to establish copyright in all material on the sites but it should be noted that this is a complex area of law and - for instance - it is possible to argue that a photograph which is - substantially - of a building may be copyright not only of the photographer but also of the architect of the building. Frivolous claims for breach of copyright and for invasion of privacy or harassment may well be defended.
